Sernellini 273 Deluxe in D/G 4th button start DG Melodeon
The 273 deluxe is a high end 2 1/2 row 12 bass diatonic button accordion. The treble end is LMM. that is two reeds as in a normal two voice box plus an additional set of reeds 1 octave below. there is a stop on each voice so any combination of the three can be selected.
Rather than the more usual 10 9 8 keyboard layout this has been specified as the more conventional 11 10 6 layout which most UK players will be familiar with
The Bass end has stops on the thirds of the chords, and another to remove the low bass reeds. these add much greater flexibility around how the bass sounds.
We have had this box built with Voci Armoniche tipo a mano quality reeds. These work well in a D/G box and whilst a little more expensive well worth the extra investment.
