This plays like a demon and is a super fast box
It is MMM i.e all reeds are at the same note there are no registers. Unusually for a small box like this, these 3 voice models have a better quality full 4 octave bass the same as found in larger club boxes from this period. this gives an unmistakably richer Hohner sound.
We have fully overhauled this box. All reeds have been removed, cleaned, re-tuned, re-valved and re-waxed. All pallets have been stripped, flatted and re-surfaced with quality leather / felt facings. The keys have been cleaned and re-polished with key travel limited and the keyboard has been re-finished. It all works as it should and has a lovely rich tone.
